YOGA IMMERSION

瑜伽深度培訓是為期五天的訓練,特別為對艾揚格瑜伽充滿熱忱的學生設計的深入體驗,同時也為有經驗的進階練習者架構更進一步認識體位法和瑜伽哲學的基礎;所以瑜伽深度培訓強調「如何做」與「如何練習」艾式瑜伽,同時也提醒瑜伽教學上的技巧。

Yoga Immersion is a course of yoga study progressing over a 5 day period. This time-span is designed for enthusiastic students of Iyengar Yoga who wish to immerse themselves in an intensive & progressive learning experience. Yoga Immersion is structured for experienced yoga practitioners who are looking for guidance in furthering the understanding of yoga asanas and the fundamentals of yogic philosophy. Yoga Immersion’s emphasis is on ‘how to do’ and ‘how to practise’ Iyengar Yoga as well as shedding light on teaching techniques.

Arambha & Uttara:練習的方法論


應用艾式瑜伽系統:何為艾式瑜伽、它如何運作、如何應用,著重在體位法和呼吸控制法基本技巧的講解。在瑜伽體位法和呼吸控制法練習上,如何透過深度學習各種不同技巧和方法找到練習上最好的應用方式,透過實際的練習,用身心的體驗理解瑜伽理論。這個培訓是主動的、教學運用的練習,提供洞見以及清楚認知「如何做」指定的體位法。

 

Applies the System of Iyengar Yoga, what it is, how it works and the applications for use.Focuses on explaining the basic techniques of asana and pranayama. 
Within practical sessions it allows an in depth study of the different techniques and explain the varying methods and approaches for the optimal utilisation of asana and pranayama for yoga practice. It is predominantly an active & instructive practice based module, offering insight & clarity with the ‘how to do’ in any given asana.

YOGA IMMERSION SCHEDULE
深度培訓課程安排

第一天扭轉和前彎:包含站姿和坐姿,還有手平衡

1st Day: Twists & Forward Bends - Standing & Seated. Also includes arm balance work 

第二天骨盆帶探索及瑜伽療癒:如何管理及指導有膝痛或下背問題的學生

2nd Day: Explores the pelvic region and applied yoga therapy. How to manage & teach those with knee pain or lower back issues.

第三天肩帶探索以及「形式」與「功能」技巧的運用:透過對肩胛骨行動的形式和功能的理解,發掘後彎體式的自由

3rd  Day: Explores the shoulder girdle and how to apply the technique of 'form & function'. Discover freedom in Backbending asana through understanding the 'form & function' of shoulder blade actions.

第四天腹部探索:透過腹部體序的練習開創深層的腹部控制與支援

4th  Day: Explores the abdominal region by practicing ways to create deeper levels of control & support throughout the abdominal series.
 

第五天牆繩的後彎與修復體式的探索:透過對Viparita Karani Dwi Pada Viparita Dandasna等的洞見,認識怎樣的練習是有輔助的、療癒的,怎樣是主動的、補充活力的

5th Day:  Explore wall ropes for the backbend and restorative series. Insight into asana such as Viparita Karani and Dwi Pada Viparita Dandasna. What is supportive and therapeutic, verses what is active and revitalising. 
 
SUE SCOTT - SENIOR IYENGAR YOGA TEACHER - 26 years of experience

Sue Scott是擁有26年經驗的艾式瑜伽資深教師

 

Sue從在澳洲和歐洲的芭蕾和現代舞經驗中獲得了深度的身體知識,這讓她的瑜伽練習比一般人深入。脊柱受傷後,她回到墨爾本才有機緣接觸到艾式瑜伽的療癒特質。

1991年開始教授瑜伽,同時也專心在墨爾本Yoga Jivana會館的經營與教學。她享受在澳洲及世界各地教授瑜伽與培訓瑜伽教師。

 

Sue Scott has extensive knowledge of the body gained from her background in classical & modern dance in Australia and Europe that informs her practice at a deep level. Following a spinal injury, Sue returned to Melbourne and was introduced to the healing qualities of Iyengar Yoga.
Sue began teaching yoga in 1991, and while her main focus is teaching and running Yoga Jivana in Melbourne Australia, she also enjoys travelling within Australia and overseas to teach yoga and train yoga teachers.

為了和她的老師們學習,包括艾揚格大師、大師的女兒及孫女,她固定回到印度Pune的艾揚格學院。

To study with her teachers (the late) Mr BKS Iyengar – Guruji, his daughter Geeta Iyengar, and granddaughter Abhijata Iyengar, Sue regularly visits the Iyengar Yoga Institute- RIMYI in Pune, India.

Geeta直接指導下,Sue已經是中級資深Senior Intermediate 2的艾式教師、教師培訓教師和考官。

 

Fully qualified directly from Geeta S Iyengar, Sue is a Senior Intermediate 2 Iyengar Yoga teacher and Teacher Trainer, and Assessor.

Sue的興趣是推廣如何支援和滋養全方位且有紀律的瑜伽練習的深層理解,同時也結合基本的瑜伽哲學。Sue有教無類地歡迎並鼓勵所有進門的學生,同時也強調以勉力且富挑戰的方法從事體位法及呼吸控制法的練習。Sue以闡述瑜伽練習及教學細節的清晰廣受學生歡迎。

 

Sue’s interest is to promote a deeper understanding of how to support & nurture a holistic and disciplined yoga practice while incorporating the fundamentals of yogic philosophy. Sue’s teaching style, while welcoming & encouraging to all emphasizes a rigorous & challenging approach to the practice of yoga asana & pranayama. Sue is known for her clarity in teaching the intricacies of yoga practice and teaching.
